We are looking for a responsible and empathetic Counsellor Intern to assist the counselling team in communicating with students, understanding their requirements, and providing information about available courses or services.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with students and prospective learners.
Understand student requirements and interests.
Provide basic information about courses and programs.
Assist senior counsellors during counselling sessions.
Follow up with interested students.
Maintain student records and enquiry information.
Schedule counselling appointments.
Assist with documentation and reporting.
Coordinate with academic and admissions teams.
Maintain professional and respectful communication.
Escalate complex queries to senior counsellors.
Follow organizational counselling guidelines.
Skills Required

Empathetic and patient approach.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate clearly in English/Hindi.
Willingness to learn counselling and student-support processes.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
