Job Title: Academic Counsellor

Location: Deccan Gymkhana, Pune, Maharashtra

Job Summary

CADD Centre is looking for a student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable courses and support them throughout the admission process. The ideal candidate should have solid communication, counselling, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students on courses, career options, and academic programs.

Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.

Handle inbound/outbound calls, walk-ins, and enquiries.

Follow up with prospective students and maintain accurate records.

Assist students through the admission and enrollment process.

Build relationships with students, parents, and institutions.

Achieve individual and team enrollment targets.

Stay updated on courses, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements





Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; Master’s preferred.

1–3 years of experience in counselling, sales, or education advisory.

Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal, convincing, and follow-up skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
