Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-orientated freshers to join our International Voice Process team as junior process associates. Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information and solutions.
- Resolve customer queries while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, wherever applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Learn and effectively use process-related tools and applications.
- Meet individual and team productivity, quality,



and performance targets.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with team members to achieve process objectives.

Eligibility & Skills

- Any undergraduate or graduate can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service-orientated approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work in rotational US night shifts.
- Comfortable working from the office in Bangalore.
