Sr. Engineer – QA

Experience: 5–8 Years

Job Description

- Manage and support Quality Assurance activities across NPD and manufacturing processes.
- Hands-on experience in Quality Core Tools – APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and Control Plan.
- Ensure compliance with QMS requirements and support internal/customer audits.
- Handle customer complaints, quality issues, 8D, CAPA, and corrective actions.
- Conduct root-cause analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto, etc.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement and defect reduction.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Purchase, and other cross-functional teams for quality improvement.
- Support NPD activities, PPAP submission, process validation, and product quality assurance.

Qualification & Skills

- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Automobile, or related Engineering.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in QA/QC, preferably in automotive/manufacturing.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer-handling skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
