- Conduct machine trials for clients visiting the facility, giving a proper demonstration as per their product and packing requirements

- Understand customer requirements and suggest the most suitable machine

- Test and trial every machine before dispatch to ensure it is in perfect working condition

- Repair and maintain machines received for service, ensuring timely turnaround

- Visit client sites as assigned for installation, commissioning, servicing, and repair of machines

- Diagnose faults in electrical wiring, motors, sensors, and mechanical parts, and resolve them quickly

- Train customer operators on machine operation and basic maintenance during installation

- Prepare service reports and obtain customer sign-off after every visit or installation

- Coordinate with the sales team and warehouse in-charge on trial schedules, dispatch readiness, and service calls

- Inform management of spare part requirements and maintain a record of parts used during repairs

- Maintain tools, the trial area,



and the service workspace in an organised and safe condition

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Knowledge of machine repair and maintenance (mechanical and electrical)

- Hands-on knowledge of electrical wiring, motors, and sensors

- Ability to read basic electrical and mechanical drawings and troubleshoot faults independently

- Knowledge of packaging machines (filling, sealing, wrapping, labelling, etc.) is an added advantage and most preferred

- Positive communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English for client interaction and demonstrations

- Willingness to travel all over India at short notice

- ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering, or any other relevant qualification with practical experience

- Own two-wheeler preferred

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
