Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end testing activities across applications.
- Analyze business requirements and prepare test strategies, plans, estimates,



and test cases.
- Execute Functional, Integration, System, Regression, E2E, API, and Automation testing.
- Create and maintain automation scripts using Katalon and Playwright.
- Perform database validation using SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Validate complex transaction processing workflows.
- Manage defects through closure and perform root cause analysis.
- Review test artifacts and mentor junior QA team members.
- Remove technical blockers and provide testing guidance.
- Coordinate testing efforts between onsite and offshore teams.
- Drive quality assurance best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with business, development, and product teams in an Agile environment.
