Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive to join our team for an UK Accounting Process. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Accounts Payable/P2P and a good understanding of UK accounting practices.

Candidates with experience working with UK clients, Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, VAT, vendor management, invoice processing and bank reconciliation will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process for UK clients.
- Process and verify supplier/vendor invoices accurately and on time.
- Perform invoice matching, coding and posting.
- Handle vendor queries and resolve invoice/payment-related issues.
- Perform supplier statement and account reconciliations.
- Process payments and maintain accurate payment records.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end closing activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and supporting records.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable UK accounting procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams and UK clients/vendors as required.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in invoices, payments and accounts.

Required Skills

- 1–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable / P2P / UK Accounting.
- Good understanding of accounting principles.
- Experience with UK accounting processes is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Xero / QuickBooks / Sage will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of UK VAT is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates currently working in UK Accounts / UK AP / P2P processes.
- Candidates with experience handling international clients.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving up to 30 days' notice will be preferred.
- Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
