Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to manage the organization’s financial operations, accounting activities, reporting, budgeting, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Monitor income, expenses, cash flow, and financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable, receivable, and payment processing.
- Monitor student fee collections and outstanding payments.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Prepare budgets and monitor expenses against approved budgets.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external financial consultants.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Review invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment documents.
- Monitor branch-wise financial transactions and reconciliation.




- Conduct bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
- Provide financial analysis and reports to management for decision-making.
- Monitor internal financial controls and identify areas for improvement.
- Supervise and guide the accounts and finance team.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Positive knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST, and TDS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Experience in handling complete accounts and financial operations is preferred.
