We are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and student-focused TGT Mathematics Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of Mathematics, excellent classroom-management skills, and the ability to make mathematical concepts clear, practical, engaging, and easy to understand for middle and secondary school students.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons for TGT-level classes.
- Teach concepts according to the prescribed CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum, as applicable.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, projects, and teaching resources.
- Use cutting-edge and activity-based teaching methods to improve students' conceptual understanding.
- Develop students' logical reasoning, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
- Conduct regular tests, quizzes, classwork, homework, and assessments.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support to students who require additional assistance.
- Encourage high-performing students through enrichment activities and challenging problems.
- Maintain accurate academic records, assessment data, and student progress reports.
- Manage the classroom effectively and maintain a positive, disciplined learning environment.
- Integrate appropriate technology, digital tools, and interactive resources into teaching.
- Prepare students for school examinations, board-oriented assessments, and competitive examinations where applicable.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate students' academic progress professionally.




- Collaborate with other teachers and the academic team to improve learning outcomes.
- Participate actively in school events, academic activities, clubs, projects, and co-curricular programs.
- Stay updated with modern Mathematics teaching methodologies and educational practices.

Educational Qualifications

Essential:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics / Mathematics-related discipline from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. from a recognized university/institution.
- Strong command of Mathematics and effective English communication skills.

Preferred:

- CTET/TET qualification, where applicable.
- Master's degree in Mathematics/related field.
- Experience with CBSE curriculum and NCERT-based teaching.
- Familiarity with digital teaching platforms and smart-class technology.

Experience

- 2–5 years of teaching experience in a reputed school preferred.
- Experience teaching Classes VI–X will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent academic qualifications and strong teaching skills may also be considered.
