Position: Manager – Events & Operations

Work Location: BKC, Mumbai

Mode of Work: Work from Office

Experience: 4–7 Years

Budget: ₹7–9 LPA

Joining Requirement

Immediate Joiners to maximum 15 days officially only.

Do not share candidates with 30-day notice periods or candidates negotiating their notice period down to 15 days.

Important Candidate Requirement

Candidates must have relevant experience in Shows, Exhibitions, Events & related operations.

Corporate Events

Family Functions / Social Functions

Communication Requirement

Excellent oral and written communication is mandatory.

Candidates with poor communication skills are likely to be rejected.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare presentations and dashboards for marketing and business activities.

Document and track activities and prepare regular reports.

Coordinate with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders.

Handle client interactions, communication and follow-ups.

Support marketing and branding activities.





Use AI tools for research, presentations, reporting and day-to-day activities.

Ensure smooth coordination and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Travel for client meetings and other business requirements as needed.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

MBA in Marketing – Preferred.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Strong coordination and client interaction skills.

Presentation Making – Mandatory.

Dashboard Preparation – Mandatory.

Canva – Mandatory.

Good knowledge of branding and brand management.

Good understanding of marketing concepts.

Comfortable using AI tools.

Solid documentation and reporting skills.

Willingness to travel.
