We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR activities, primarily focusing on recruitment (both IT and Non-IT), coordination, and other HR operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in HR functions and gain practical experience in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination with candidates and hiring managers).
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for interview schedules and feedback collection.
- Support onboarding activities and documentation of recent hires.
- Assist in maintaining HR records, and employee data management.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as required.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
Qualification:
- MBA / or related filed
Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
Opportunity: Based on performance, candidates may be considered for a full-time role upon successful completion of the trainee period.
