Job Overview :

We are looking for a confident, motivated, and customer-focused Immigration Telecaller / Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, explaining immigration and visa processes, generating leads, conducting follow-ups, and assisting clients with suitable visa options.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients regarding Study, Tourist, Work, PR, and other immigration visas.
- Understand clients’ profiles, requirements, qualifications, work experience, and immigration goals.
- Provide accurate information about visa processes, eligibility criteria, documentation, fees, and timelines.
- Counsel clients and recommend suitable immigration or visa options based on their profiles.
- Generate and convert leads through telephone calls, online inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain proper records of client information, inquiries, follow-ups, and applications.
- Coordinate with documentation and processing teams for smooth file handling.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Achieve individual and team sales/conversion targets.




- Stay updated with changes in visa rules, immigration policies, and application procedures.
- Handle client concerns professionally and provide timely assistance.

Requirements :

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and counselling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of immigration and visa processes.
- Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM systems.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Previous experience in immigration, telecalling, counselling, sales, or customer service will be an advantage.
- Freshers with positive communication skills may also be considered.

Experience :
