Site Engineer – Civil Company: Foxscan Location: Bangalore, Karnataka Job Type: Full time Work Mode: Field-Based Experience: Fresher / Intern / 1–2 Years Job Description Foxscan is looking for a Site Engineer – Civil to join our field operations team in Bangalore. The role involves visiting residential and commercial properties, conducting site inspections, documenting observations, preparing reports, and coordinating with the Regional Reporting Manager. The ideal candidate should have a Civil Engineering background, be comfortable with extensive field travel, and have good communication and reporting skills. Key Responsibilities - Conduct 3–4 property/site visits per day across assigned locations. - Inspect houses and properties and document their physical condition and relevant civil/structural details. - Travel approximately 50–60 km per day for assigned site visits. - Take photographs, measurements, and relevant site observations. - Prepare accurate daily site inspection reports. - Prepare thermographic inspection reports as required. - Update the Regional Reporting Manager regularly regarding site visits, findings, and report status. - Coordinate with property owners/occupants and internal teams during inspections. - Ensure reports and assigned inspections are completed within the required timelines. - Follow company procedures and maintain proper documentation for every inspection. Requirements - Diploma in Civil Engineering,



B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. - Freshers, interns, and candidates with 1–2 years of experience can apply. - Kannada proficiency is mandatory. - Basic English communication skills required. - Own bike/two-wheeler is compulsory. - Valid driving licence is mandatory. - Comfortable travelling 50–60 km daily and conducting multiple site visits. - Basic knowledge of civil construction, building components, measurements, and property inspection. - Good documentation, reporting, and communication skills. - Willingness to work in a field-based role and coordinate with the organization and reporting manager. Preferred Skills - Site inspection experience - Property/building inspection knowledge - Knowledge of basic civil construction practices - Report preparation and documentation - Basic understanding of thermographic inspection - Good time management and organizational skills Important Requirement This is a field-based position. Candidates must be comfortable with 3–4 site visits per day, 50–60 km of daily travel, and regular reporting. Bike and valid driving licence are compulsory. Kannada proficiency is mandatory.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
