Location: Edappally, Kochi

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic freshers/trainees interested in starting a career in IT Infrastructure & Technical Support. Candidates will receive practical training and exposure to hardware, networking, troubleshooting, and client support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide basic technical support to clients.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
- Assist with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and network troubleshooting.
- Support system updates, backups, and maintenance.
- Handle basic IT service requests and document issues.




- Coordinate with senior engineers and technical teams.

Skills Required:

- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and willingness to learn.
- Freshers with a solid interest in IT support are welcome.
