Job Overview

Narayani Laxmi Group is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to independently manage day-to-day accounting, project/site accounts, vendor and subcontractor accounts, GST, TDS, reconciliations and management reporting.

Candidates with experience in the construction, infrastructure or contracting industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting, bookkeeping, ledgers, cash and bank transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly closing and financial reports.
- Perform bank, vendor and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain project/site-wise accounts and track project expenses.
- Handle subcontractor bills, advances, deductions, retention and recoveries.
- Verify invoices and supporting documents from vendors and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with project/site teams for accounting documentation.
- Handle GST accounting, reconciliation and GST return-related activities.




- Manage TDS calculations, accounting and related documentation.
- Prepare vendor, subcontractor and customer outstanding reports.
- Prepare project-wise expense reports and monthly MIS.
- Prepare cash flow and payment requirement reports.
- Provide accurate financial information and reports to management.
- Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness.

Required Skills

- 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in construction / infrastructure / contracting industry preferred.
- Solid knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP.
- Good knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Experience in subcontractor and project accounting.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Good knowledge of reconciliations and accounting processes.
- Ability to independently handle accounting activities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good coordination and communication skills.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
