About the Role
We are looking for an experienced 3D CAD Draftsperson in India to join our team on a full-time remote basis. You will work directly with our Australian team to prepare accurate 3D models and fabrication/shop drawings based on site measurements and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Create 3D models and 2D fabrication/shop drawings
- Prepare drawings for staircases, balustrades and handrails
- Work from site measurements supplied by our Australian team
- Produce accurate drawings suitable for fabrication
- Assist in developing and improving drawing templates and parametric models
- Coordinate with our team on projects and revisions
What We’re Looking For
- Strong AutoCAD skills
- Good 3D modelling experience
- Experience preparing fabrication or shop drawings
- Autodesk Inventor experience is highly preferred
- iLogic or parametric modelling knowledge is an advantage
- Experience in steel fabrication, architectural metalwork, staircases, balustrades or handrails is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and dimensional accuracy
- Good spoken and written English
- Reliable computer and internet connection
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
