We are seeking a highly skilled and technically solid Civil & Mechanical / Arch/MEP BIM Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models, resolving multidisciplinary clashes, generating accurate construction documentation, and maintaining model standards across architectural, structural, and mechanical/MEP disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

- 3D Parametric Modeling: Develop detailed Revit models (LOD 300 to LOD 400/500) for civil, structural, and mechanical/HVAC/plumbing systems.
- Coordination & Clash Resolution: Conduct 3D coordination using Autodesk Navisworks, generate clash detection reports, and actively resolve design conflicts with interdisciplinary teams.
- Documentation & Extraction: Extract accurate 2D construction drawings, floor plans, sections, spool sheets, and BOQs/schedules from BIM models.
- Model Management: Maintain ISO 19650 standards and project CDE workflows across Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360.
- Parametric Family Creation: Build custom,



parametric Revit families for structural and mechanical components with proper shared parameters and LOD requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on project experience in BIM modeling and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Strong understanding of building codes, MEP routing clearances, and structural details.
