Front Desk Executive

Location: Ernakulam, Kerala
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a Front Desk Executive responsible for managing visitors, incoming enquiries, following up with potential students, and maintaining accurate lead records in the CRM.

Responsibilities

- Handle and respond to course enquiries received through phone calls, missed calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Welcome and assist visitors, students, parents, and other guests.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
- Manage visitor entries and provide basic information about the organization and its services.

Requirements

- Any Graduate.
- Candidates with a minimum at least of 1 year of experience will have an added advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam




- Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems
- Ability to identify and qualify genuine course enquiries
- Robust follow-up and lead-management skills
- Good data-entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups efficiently
- Basic computer proficiency.
