Key Responsibilities:

Create and modify 3D models and manufacturing drawings using UG NX.Prepare detailed 2D manufacturing drawings with GD&T;, tolerances, dimensions, surface finish, and material specifications.Understand machining processes such as milling, turning, drilling, grinding, and CNC machining.Design components considering manufacturing feasibility, tooling, and machining requirements.Interpret engineering drawings and convert design requirements into manufacturable components.Work closely with manufacturing, production, quality, and tooling teams to resolve design and manufacturing issues.Perform design modifications based on machining and production feedback.Ensure drawings comply with applicable engineering and company standards.

Required Skillsets:





Strong hands-on experience in UG NX / Siemens NX – mandatory.Strong knowledge of 2D manufacturing drawings and detailing.Good understanding of GD&T;, dimensional tolerances, surface finish, and fits.Good knowledge of machining and manufacturing processes.Understanding of CNC machines and machining operations.Knowledge of machine components and mechanical parts.Ability to understand DFM/DFA and manufacturing feasibility.Experience in creating production-ready drawings.Good understanding of engineering materials and manufacturing methods.

3 to 6 yrs of Exp.

Pay: Up to ₹750,000.00 per year
