Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end IT recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Understand technical job requirements by coordinating with hiring managers and department heads.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical knowledge, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with internal teams and clients.
- Maintain and update candidate database, recruitment trackers, and status reports.




- Handle salary negotiation, offer roll-out, and follow-up until candidate joining.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Maintain solid relationships with candidates and provide a positive recruitment experience.
- Stay updated on current IT technologies, market trends, and salary benchmarks.
- Prepare recruitment reports and present hiring metrics to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
