- Preparation and review of SOPs in EDMS.

- Handling of Change Control, Deviation, CAPA, Internal/External Audit Management, OOS/OOT through ‘Track Wise Software’

- Handling of Market Complaints and Vendor Complaint.

- Logging and handling the investigations for deviations, market complaints, OOS/OOT and providing CAPA based on investigation.

- Responsible for handling of Internal Audits, Compliance and CAPA for implementation.

- Preparation and review of risk assessment in coordination with CFT members.

- Audit response preparation for observation during site internal audit, corporate internal audits, external audits and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions related to shop floor activities.

- Responsible for the handling of software’s as Track wise QMS, EDMS for SOP review.





- Preparation of annual trend report for QMS system.

- Preparation of Monthly/Quarterly quality review presentation.

- Audit management coordinator for internal and external audit.

- Coordination with CFT for timely closure of QMS activities.

- Ensure documentation completeness, accuracy, and compliance with data integrity principles

- Management of department training activities (Function as DTC).

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, QC, Engineering) to align with project timelines.

- Ensure continuous compliance with cGMP, data integrity, and sterile manufacturing guidelines.
