- Team Management: Assign daily tasks, manage shift schedules, and guide workers.
- Performance Monitoring: Check work quality and ensure the team meets daily targets.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all workers follow company rules and safety laws.
- Problem Solving: Fix day-to-day operational issues and report major problems to Seniors.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
