- Execute and supervise Civil and Structural works for turnkey projects at carious locations across India.
- Take complete responsibility for day-to-day site execution and progress.
- Coordinate with the client, consultant, contractors, vendors and other agencies at the project site.
- Review drawing, BOQ, specifications, and site requirements before execution.
- Plan and monitor manpower, materials, machinery and subcontractors.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedule.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports and communicate project status to the management.
- Coordinate with other disciplines such as HVAC, Electrical, clean room , Plumbling, firefighting and ELV to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify site issues,



coordinate with the concerned team, and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor subcontractor performance, quantities, measurements and work completion.
- Ensure proper safety, quality and housekeeping at site.
