About the Role

Gruhanza is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Interior Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial interior fit-out projects from design finalization to project handover. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills, vendor coordination experience, and the ability to ensure timely and quality execution of interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution of interior design projects.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
- Prepare project schedules and monitor progress against timelines.
- Conduct site visits and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Track project budgets, material procurement, and resource allocation.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards.
- Resolve site issues and coordinate with stakeholders for timely closure.
- Prepare and share project status reports with management and clients.
- Manage project documentation, BOQs, work orders, and billing coordination.
- Ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.

Requirements





- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in interior project management or fit-out execution.
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial interior execution.
- Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of materials, site execution, and vendor management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage site teams effectively.
