Position: Vice President – Production Unit
Location: Jalandhar, Punjab
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month
Experience Required: 15–20 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall production operations
- Plan and monitor production targets, quality & efficiency
- Manage manpower, machinery and production processes
- Ensure timely production and smooth factory operations
- Drive productivity, cost control and process improvement
- Coordinate with management and other departments
Candidate Profile
✅ 10–20 years of relevant production/factory experience
✅ Robust leadership & team management skills
✅ Excellent knowledge of manufacturing operations
✅ Ability to handle production teams and achieve targets
✅ Candidates with relevant industry experience preferred
