# Job Description – Clinic Manager

makeO toothsi is a leading smile makeover brand offering advanced teeth-straightening and smile transformation solutions through technology-driven consultations and clinical care.

We are looking for a **Dentist who can manage the overall clinic operations while also handling clinical responsibilities as an Associate Dentist.**

## Role Overview

The **Clinic Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the toothsi clinic, ensuring smooth customer experience, driving clinic performance, and maintaining operational standards.**

Along with clinic management responsibilities, the candidate will also be responsible for **patient consultations, dental assessments, treatment coordination, and other clinical activities** as required.

## Key Responsibilities

### 1. Clinic / Store Management

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the toothsi clinic.

* Ensure smooth functioning of the clinic and adherence to company SOPs.

* Monitor clinic performance, appointments, walk-ins, conversions and revenue.

* Ensure effective utilization of clinic resources and staff.

* Manage and coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth operations.

* Ensure excellent customer experience and timely resolution of customer concerns.

* Monitor inventory, dental/clinical supplies and other clinic requirements.

* Ensure clinic hygiene, cleanliness, safety and compliance standards are maintained.

* Coordinate with central teams such as Operations, Sales, Clinical,



Finance and HR whenever required.

* Maintain daily reports, operational MIS and other required documentation.

* Take ownership of achieving clinic-level business and operational targets.

### 2. Clinical Responsibilities – Associate Dentist

* Conduct dental consultations and preliminary clinical assessments.

* Explain treatment procedures and aligner-related treatment plans to patients.

* Assist patients with their queries regarding treatment, procedures and follow-ups.

* Ensure proper patient documentation and clinical records are maintained.

* Coordinate with the clinical/orthodontic team for treatment planning and case progression.

* Support patient conversion by providing accurate clinical information and building patient confidence.

* Conduct follow-ups with patients wherever required.

* Ensure all clinical activities are performed as per company protocols and professional standards.

* Maintain a high standard of patient care and clinical experience.

### 3. Team & Customer Management

* Lead and motivate the clinic team to achieve operational and business objectives.

* Ensure staff attendance, discipline and adherence to defined processes.

* Support training and onboarding of new clinic team members.





* Handle escalations and customer concerns professionally.

* Build robust relationships with patients and ensure a positive clinic experience.

## Candidate Profile

* **BDS / MDS qualification is mandatory.**

* Valid dental registration is mandatory.

* Prior experience in a dental clinic, healthcare centre or clinic operations will be preferred.

* Candidates with experience in **clinic management, store management, dental sales/conversions or healthcare operations** will be preferred.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good understanding of patient handling and clinical processes.

* Ability to manage both **clinical and operational responsibilities**.

* Strong ownership, leadership and problem-solving skills.

* Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.

## Working Schedule

**6 days a week | Rotational Week Off**

**Shift:** [11:00 AM – 8:00 PM]
