We are seeking an energetic and target-driven HR Recruiter to manage our end-to-end recruitment process. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates for open positions. You will work closely with management to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth, candidate-friendly recruitment pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Source potential candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), professional networks, referrals, and database searches.

Screening & Assessment: Review resumes, perform preliminary phone screenings, assess candidate suitability, and shortlist matching profiles.

Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interview rounds between hiring managers and prospective candidates.

Offer & Salary Negotiation: Manage candidate expectations, roll out formal offer letters, and negotiate compensation packages within approved budgets.

Onboarding Support: Facilitate candidate joining, document verification, and coordinate day-one onboarding.

Database Maintenance:



Keep internal recruitment trackers and applicant tracking systems up to date.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or internal recruitment background preferred).

Skills:

Proficiency with job boards (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) and social media sourcing.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Solid negotiation and candidate management abilities.

Good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple openings concurrently.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
