We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Homecare Staff Nurse to provide quality nursing care to patients in their homes. The nurse will be responsible for assessing patient health conditions, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting with daily healthcare needs, and coordinating with doctors and family members to ensure the best possible patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to patients at home.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen levels.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Perform wound dressing, catheter care, tracheostomy care, and other nursing procedures.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) when required.
- Observe and report changes in patient condition to doctors and supervisors.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Educate patients and family members regarding treatment plans and healthcare management.
- Ensure infection control practices and patient safety standards are followed.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / ANM.
- Valid Nursing Registration Certificate.
- Minimum 0-3 years of clinical or homecare nursing experience.
- Freshers with good clinical knowledge may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of patient care protocols and medical equipment.

Working Conditions
- Stay Duty at Patient's Home.
- Flexible shifts (Day/Night Duty, 24 Hours Duty).
- Must be willing to travel within the assigned area.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
