- Create, develop, and modify 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit & AutoCAD
- Prepare detailed drawings, schedules, and project documentation from BIM models
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, workflows, and project requirements
- Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams to ensure proper model integration
- Perform and support clash detection, model review, and coordination activities
- Review BIM models and drawings for accuracy, quality, and completeness
- Maintain accurate project files, models, drawings, and documentation
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and high-quality project deliverables
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members when required
- Identify and resolve modelling, coordination, and documentation issues
Required Skills
- Solid proficiency in Autodesk Revit & AutoCAD
- Good understanding of engineering and architectural drawings
- Strong knowledge of BIM concepts and 2D/3D modelling
- Good understanding of Architectural, Structural, and/or MEP BIM workflows
- Experience with clash detection and model coordination
- Ability to review and maintain BIM models according to project standards
- Positive communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle project responsibilities independently and meet deadlines
- Ability to provide guidance and technical support to Junior BIM Modelers
