We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer – Civil to supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality, measurements, contractor coordination, documentation and timely completion of assigned works.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure civil works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, labour and site supervisors.
- Monitor daily work progress and ensure activities are completed as per schedule.
- Read and understand civil drawings, layouts and technical specifications.
- Check measurements, quantities and workmanship of completed works.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control team for inspections and quality requirements.
- Prepare and maintain DPRs, measurements, work records and other site documentation.
- Monitor manpower, material and equipment requirements for daily activities.
- Coordinate with the Site In-charge, QC, Safety, Planning and other project teams.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Support preparation and verification of bills and quantities.
- Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage.
- Ensure compliance with site safety, housekeeping and HSE requirements.
- Maintain proper records of work progress, materials and measurements.
- Provide regular updates to the Site In-charge/Project Management.




- Perform other civil/site-related responsibilities assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in civil site execution.
- Experience in industrial, refinery, tank, infrastructure or construction projects will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings.
- Knowledge of measurements, quantities and basic billing.
- Good knowledge of site documentation and DPR preparation.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently at a project site.
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline and accountability.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in refinery projects, tank work, RCC works, foundations, structural works, industrial construction or large-scale civil projects will be preferred.
