Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Production Planning & Control (PPC) Executive to manage day-to-day production planning, scheduling, and resource coordination. The ideal candidate will bridge customer demands with shop-floor operations to ensure smooth, uninterrupted manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules as per customer orders and requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with CRM, Production, Purchase, Stores, and Management teams.
- Prepare material requirement plans (MRP) to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and inputs.
- Monitor production capacity, machine loading, and manpower availability for optimal capacity utilization.
- Track production progress against targets, identifying and resolving delays or deviations.
- Prepare and maintain daily,



weekly, and monthly production reports and MIS.
- Monitor inventory and work-in-progress (WIP) requirements to support continuous manufacturing.
- Analyze production data and provide regular updates to management regarding status and planning.

Requirements & Skills

- Qualification: BE Mechanical / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
- Required Skills: Production Planning & Scheduling, MRP, Capacity Planning, Inventory Coordination, MIS & Production Reporting, ERP/Production Planning Software, Cross-functional Coordination, and Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
