Job Discription :

1. Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities and workforce

2. Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and standards

3. Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress reports, and measurements

4. Manage contractors, subcontractors, and labor work allocation

5. Monitor construction schedule and ensure timely completion of milestones

6. Conduct quality checks for concreting, reinforcement, shuttering, finishing, etc.

7. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and statutory compliances at site

8. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients for site issues

9. Verify BOQs, material requirements, and site inventory

10. Assist in billing, measurement sheets, and documentation

11. Resolve technical issues and provide solutions at site

12. Lead and mentor junior engineers and site staff

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
