We are looking for a Machine Helper to join our production team in Chikhali, Pimpri-Chinchwad. The successful candidate will assist in day-to-day machine operations including tapping, chamfering and reaming, along with material handling duties. Responsibilities and Duties
- Operate easy machine operations such as tapping, chamfering and reaming on components
- Load and unload raw material (bars) and finished parts to and from machines
- Assist machine setters/operators during production as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and machines
- Follow basic quality checks and report any defects to the supervisor
- Follow safety procedures while handling material and operating machines
Qualifications and Skills
- Freshers with willingness to learn are welcome; prior factory/machine experience is a plus
- Basic understanding of machine operation (training will be provided)
- Physically fit and able to handle material loading/unloading
- Punctual, disciplined, and willing to work as part of a team
- No specific educational qualification required
