Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in Vivek Vihar, Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good communication abilities, and the confidence to independently handle multiple vacancies and recruitment requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
- Understand job requirements and prepare/post relevant job descriptions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, JobHai, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews.
- Assess candidates based on qualifications, experience, communication skills, salary expectations, and suitability for the role.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Negotiate salary, notice period, joining date, and other employment-related aspects.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Coordinate documentation and joining formalities for selected candidates.
- Ensure candidates join within the required timelines.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates to management.
- Work closely with department heads/hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously and prioritize positions based on business requirements.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Explore new sourcing channels and recruitment strategies to improve hiring efficiency.
- Maintain professional relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Support other HR activities as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and JobHai.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good email writing and independent correspondence skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of interview coordination and recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.
- Strong follow-up and candidate relationship management skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with experience in volume hiring, corporate recruitment, sales recruitment, technical recruitment, or multi-position hiring will be preferred.
- Candidates who can independently manage the complete recruitment cycle are highly desirable.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
