Your work profile

- Around ~5-8 years of experience in SAP FICO

- For REMSC Region, accountable for the management of the technical and functional landscape under Finance, including technical and functional integration, full end to end process coverage in a multi-country solution.

- Closely collaborates with all other ERP functions, non-ERP domains to provide high value solutions.

- Engages in requirement analysis to decide which requirements are covered by available, standard functionalities for which functionality enhancements are needed and for which functionality workarounds are accepted.

- Handling L3 level issues,



Custom solutions and Enhancements.

- Responsible for change management, training, and knowledge transfer to support finance teams and end-users

- Drives continuous process improvements and optimization of Finance processes across REMSC region

- Supports incident for critical production issues

Key Skills Required

- Education- Any Bachelors
- Ensure documentation, internal controls, and audit standards are complied
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with internal and client leadership, providing regular status
- updates and insights.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify root causes and drive issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and
- automation within the FICO landscape.
- Preferred Qualifications
- SAP FICO certification (optional but preferred).
- Experience in multi-module integration (MM, SD, PP).
- Exposure to automation and reporting tools (e.g., SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics, etc.)
