We are looking for an experienced Manager to lead and grow our international business, develop overseas customers, and drive export sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop current international customers across Middle East, Africa & Asia
- Manage and grow existing international accounts
- Drive business development, negotiations and order closures
- Handle customer meetings, plant visits and international exhibitions
- Review technical quotations, drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, Logistics & Accounts
- Oversee export documentation, shipments and payment realisation




- Build long-term relationships with international customers

What We’re Looking For:
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory
Proven experience in international customer acquisition & order conversion
Experience with international customer visits/exhibitions
Strong knowledge of export documentation, logistics & Incoterms
Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-management skills
Willingness to travel internationally

Preferred Industry Experience:
Cement | Mining | Power | Steel | Wear Parts | Bulk Material Handling

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
