Job Description
Zyvora Interiors LLP is looking for an experienced Estimation & Quotation Executive to handle project estimation, BOQ preparation, costing and professional quotation preparation for residential interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed BOQ and project estimates for interior projects
- Prepare quantity take-off from drawings and site measurements
- Calculate material quantities and project costs
- Prepare professional client quotations
- Estimate cost of plywood, laminate, hardware, kitchen, wardrobe, false ceiling, electrical, painting and other interior works
- Coordinate with designers, site supervisors and purchase team
- Compare supplier/material rates and maintain updated rate sheets
- Calculate project costing and expected profit margin
- Revise quotations based on client requirements
- Maintain project-wise estimation and costing records
- Visit sites when required for measurement and estimation
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of interior furniture and turnkey projects
- Solid knowledge of plywood, laminate, MDF/WPC, hardware and other interior materials
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage
- Good understanding of BOQ and quantity calculation
- Strong mathematical and costing skills
- Ability to prepare accurate quotations independently
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with 2–4 years of experience in Interior Design / Interior Contracting / Modular Furniture Estimation will be preferred.
Freshers with strong Excel and interior estimation knowledge may also apply.
