- Review hospital architectural drawings from NABH, JCI, hospital operations, and patient-safety perspectives.
- Evaluate departmental layouts, zoning, workflows, circulation, adjacencies and space requirements.
- Prepare and review department-wise space planning and Room Data Sheets (RDS).
- Identify gaps related to infection control, patient flow, staff flow, support services and operational efficiency.
- Develop NABH/JCI compliance checklists, drawing review reports and design-gap reports.
- Coordinate with architects, medical planners, MEP consultants and hospital operations teams.
- Conduct hospital site assessments and operational/quality audits.
- Experience in hospital planning, NABH/JCI, hospital operations or healthcare consulting preferred.
