Job description:
Location: Trivandrum
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare conceptual and detailed project cost estimates.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, rate analyses and estimate breakdowns.
- Review architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
- Assist with bid analysis, tendering and contract negotiations.
- Obtain and compare quotations from vendors and contractors.
- Assist the GM with reports, correspondence, meetings and documentation.
- Coordinate with project teams and follow up on pending activities.
- Maintain contracts, estimates and important project records.
Qualifications
- B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in estimation or construction.
- Positive communication, coordination and analytical skills.
