JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented R&D; Fresher to join our Research & Development team in an API manufacturing company. The candidate will support process development, laboratory experiments, process optimization, documentation, and scale-up activities under the guidance of senior R&D; professionals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in process development and optimization for API and intermediates.
- Perform laboratory experiments as per approved procedures and instructions.
- Support reaction monitoring, work-up, isolation, purification, and crystallization activities.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, experimental data, and observations.
- Assist in analytical sample preparation and coordinate with the Analytical/QC team.
- Support process optimization and troubleshooting under supervision.
- Assist in scale-up activities from laboratory scale to pilot/production scale.
- Prepare and maintain R&D; reports,



experimental records, and technical documentation.
- Follow all applicable GMP, GLP, EHS, SOP, and safety requirements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- M.Sc./ B.Sc. in chemistry or related field.

· Basic knowledge of Organic Chemistry and chemical reactions.

· Understanding of API manufacturing and process chemistry will be advantage.

- Basic knowledge of laboratory equipment and chemical handling.
- Good observation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
