We are now looking for a MarTech & CRM Intern to support our growing digital marketing and marketing technology team. This is a hands-on opportunity to work with CRM systems, marketing automation, lead management, campaign tracking, data, and digital marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing and maintaining CRM data, lead records, and lead statuses.
- Support lead capture, lead allocation, lead routing, and lead lifecycle management.
- Assist in setting up and monitoring CRM workflows and marketing automation.
- Support WhatsApp, email, and other automated communication journeys.
- Help manage lead nurturing and follow-up campaigns.
- Assist with UTM tracking, campaign tracking, and lead-source mapping.
- Monitor lead funnels and identify gaps in the lead-to-conversion journey.
- Prepare basic CRM, campaign, and lead-performance reports.
- Clean, organise, and validate marketing and CRM data.
- Support testing of forms, integrations, automations, and CRM workflows.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing and admissions teams to ensure accurate lead movement and follow-ups.
- Research and explore new MarTech tools, platforms, and automation opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

- A genuine interest in MarTech, CRM, digital marketing, and marketing automation.




- Good understanding of basic digital marketing concepts and lead funnels.
- Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets and handling data.
- Robust attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn new marketing platforms and technologies.
- Basic understanding of UTM parameters, campaign tracking, or analytics is a plus.
- Familiarity with any CRM, WhatsApp marketing, email marketing, or automation platform is an advantage.
- Students or freshers pursuing marketing, digital marketing, business, management, IT, data analytics, or related fields are welcome to apply.
