About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to manage the company’s financial operations, accounting, statutory compliance, budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances.
- Monitor accounts receivable, payable, outstanding payments, and collections.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, cash-flow statements, and financial forecasts.
- Review invoices, payment requests, bills, and expense records.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, clients, and government departments.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and financial records.
- Monitor payroll-related financial activities and statutory deductions.
- Handle Tally/ERP-based accounting and reconciliation.
- Conduct bank, ledger, vendor, and client reconciliations.
- Support management in financial planning and decision-making.




- Ensure timely submission of financial and statutory reports.
- Assist in tender-related financial documentation, including turnover certificates, financial statements, solvency documents, EMDs, and other financial requirements.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Robust knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, TDS, PF, and ESIC.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
- Experience in handling audits, reconciliations, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple financial activities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the manpower, facility management, security, housekeeping, or service industry will be an added advantage.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
