PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:For AIP technology absorption, Safety during STW & FATs operations of AIP-EMAREAS OF EXPOSURE/ WORK BACKGROUND:Fire & Safety, EHS, Technical Knowledge about Marine Systems / Chemical Plant operations & trouble shooting for safe operationsJOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIESPrimary: Absorbing AIP technology as part of TOT from NMRL.
Getting associated during STW & FATs operations of AIP-EMSecondary:Tounderstand,innovate and Implement ideas for process improvement/plant operation. Problem solving during plant operationsSafety activities during operations shall involve area safety, training of new recruits, safety drills, formulation of safety procedures, access permits, hot work permits, safety audits, safety exigency management, etc.Work in compliance with all safety rules and regulationsCommunication & Coordination with customer for project related activitiesCo-ordination with design, purchase, QC & shop for project activitiesEffective interface with Customer, Development Partners & suppliersBEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES: Positive Communication skills, Interpersonal Skills, To be able to handle Defence customers, Problem Solving & Creativity
