Job Overview

We are looking for a certified and detail-oriented CCNA Specialist / Network Engineer to design, deploy, monitor, and maintain our enterprise network infrastructure. In this role, you will be responsible for managing routing, switching, wireless, and network security protocols to ensure high network availability, peak performance, and data security across our office locations and data centers.

Key Responsibilities

- Network Deployment & Configuration: Configure, test, and deploy Cisco routers, switches (Catalyst/Nexus), firewalls, access points, and network controllers according to organizational standards.
- Routing & Switching Administration: Manage core networking protocols including OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, STP/RSTP, VLANs, Trunking (802.1Q), VXLAN, and EtherChannel.
- Network Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor network performance, bandwidth utilization, and link health using SNMP, Syslog, and monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Cisco DNA Center/Catalyst Center); implement proactive patches and updates.
- Troubleshooting & Incident Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex Layer 2 and Layer 3 network connectivity issues, packet loss, hardware faults, and latency bottlenecks in line with SLA targets.
- Network Security & Access Control: Implement and maintain network security measures, including ACLs, VPNs (IPsec/SSL), Port Security, NAT/PAT, AAA (RADIUS/TACACS+), and Cisco ISE policies.
- IP Address & Infrastructure Management:



Oversee IP address allocation (IPv4/IPv6), subnetting, DHCP, DNS, and maintain accurate network topology diagrams and inventory records.
- Collaboration & Vendor Management: Work with ISP account managers, hardware vendors, and cross-functional IT teams to coordinate circuit upgrades, maintenance windows, and equipment RMAs.

Core Qualifications & Requirements

- Certification: Active Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA 200-301) certification required (CCNP is a plus).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network administration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of OSI Model, TCP/IP stack, Ethernet, and routing/switching concepts.
- Hands-on CLI proficiency with Cisco IOS, IOS-XE, and NX-OS.
- Experience with Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC) and Enterprise Wi-Fi setups.
- Familiarity with basic network automation concepts (Python, REST APIs, Ansible, Cisco DNA) is an advantage.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving skills, willingness to participate in an on-call rotation, and explicit technical communication skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
