We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (IT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving company growth.

- Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new IT business opportunities through various channels

- Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking platforms

- Understand client requirements related to software, web, mobile, cloud, or digital solutions

- Present and propose suitable IT services and technology solutions to clients

- Schedule client meetings, demos, and support the end-to-end sales cycle

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners

- Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets

- Required Skills

- Strong communication, presentation,

- Basic understanding of IT services, software solutions, and technology trends

- Confidence in handling client discussions and requirement gathering

- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and CRM tools

- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive mindset

- Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field

- Prior experience in IT Sales, Business Development, SaaS, or client handling is preferred

- Understanding of software development, digital transformation, or ERP/CRM solutions is an added advantage
