E-commerce Operations Manager – NATICA

NATICA is looking for an E-commerce Operations Manager/Executive to manage and streamline our online business operations across D2C and marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Shopify store operations – products, inventory, orders, pricing and promotions.
- Manage marketplace operations such as Myntra and other online platforms.
- Handle inventory management through Unicommerce.
- Manage warehouse operations, stock movement, order processing and returns.
- Coordinate barcode generation, SKU creation, tagging and inventory accuracy.
- Monitor order fulfilment, cancellations, returns and RTOs.
- Coordinate with warehouse, marketplace and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate SKU, stock and product data across all channels.
- Identify operational gaps and improve processes, efficiency and customer experience.
- Manager Forward/Return Orders

What We’re Looking For





- 2–5 years of experience in E-commerce Operations, preferably in women’s fashion/apparel.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, marketplaces and Unicommerce.
- Positive understanding of inventory, SKU, barcode and warehouse management.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent coordination skills.
- Someone who is hands-on, organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-growing fashion brand.
