- Prepare tandoori dishes, kebabs, naan, roti, and other Indian breads.
- Prepare marinades and ingredients as per hotel standards.
- Operate and maintain the tandoor safely and efficiently.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Maintain proper food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth food production.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper storage of ingredients.
- Follow hotel SOPs and food safety guidelines.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
