Job Overview:
We are hiring a Front Desk Sales with 0–5 years of experience to handle customer calls, lead follow-ups, and customer enquiries. The candidate should have good communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the front desk and professionally welcome walk-in customers and visitors.
- Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and customer requests.
- Understand customer requirements related to interior design, renovation, furniture, and related services.
- Explain the company’s services and provide basic project information to customers.
- Collect customer details and register walk-in and incoming enquiries.
- Make follow-up calls to customers and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team and Design Team regarding customer requirements.
- Schedule client meetings, consultations, and site visits.
- Follow up with walk-in enquiries, telephone enquiries, appointments, site visits, and quotations.
- Assist the Sales Team with lead generation and telesales activities when required.
- Maintain customer databases, enquiry registers, call records, appointment schedules, and follow-up reports.
- Assist with basic office administration, documentation, filing,



and customer communication.
- Share company profiles, brochures, service details, and basic project information with customers.
- Support the Sales Team in converting front-desk and telephone enquiries into qualified leads and confirmed projects.
- Maintain a skilled front-office environment and positive customer experience.
- Achieve assigned targets for enquiries, calls, follow-ups, appointments, lead generation, and sales support.

Eligibility

- 0–5 years of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Customer Support.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
- Languages: Tamil & English.
- Any Graduate.

Salary & Benefits

- ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
- PF + ESI.
- Performance-based incentives.
- Salary negotiable for the right candidate.
