About the Role

Indian Electricals is looking for an accurate and detail-oriented Billing Executive to handle daily invoicing, billing documentation and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify customer invoices, orders, rates and tax details.
- Verify POs and required documents before billing.
- Maintain billing trackers and invoice records.
- Coordinate with sales, dispatch, stores and accounts.
- Follow up on pending invoices, delivery issues and billing discrepancies.
- Process revised or corrected invoices as required.
- Maintain proper billing documentation and follow SOPs.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in billing, invoicing, order processing or accounts support.
- Graduate in Commerce,



Business Administration or related field; B.Com preferred.
- Basic knowledge of GST invoices and billing processes.
- Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Positive numerical accuracy, attention to detail and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with daily deadlines.
- Experience in electrical, trading, distribution or order processing is an advantage.
- Freshers may also be considered based on accuracy and relevant skills.
