Performance Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, monitor and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads and a solid understanding of performance metrics, conversion tracking and digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, revenue and ROI.
- Create and manage Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube and social media campaigns.
- Develop audience targeting, retargeting and remarketing strategies.
- Monitor key metrics including CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, CAC, conversion rate and ROAS.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and related tools.
- Conduct A/B testing of campaigns, audiences, creatives and landing pages.
- Identify performance issues and continuously optimize campaigns.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Work closely with the creative and business teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and campaigns.
- Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, algorithms and digital marketing trends.





Requirements

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns based on performance.
- Good understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand data and make performance-based decisions.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Experience with e-commerce or lead-generation campaigns will be an advantage.
